I think there are quite a vew horizontal and vertical lines happening here. The lines from the windows in the parking garage seem to make lines going into the vanishing point that sort of increase the depth of the shot. The vanishing point seems to have a strong vertical line where the two buildings converge. Then the building on the left gives a strong vertical as well.
I feel like the pictures in this photo make a very strong diagonal that compliments the railing really well. The parallel lines point strongly to the vanishing point. The designs on the bannister also seems to make a line going straight into the wall. There is a strong vertical coming from the door as well.
I wish there were more street lights in this photo. I feel like the two bright spots from street lights do a pretty well at guiding your eye from light to light, but having more street lights would have made a more defined diagonal line in the image. The horizon made by the light also creates sort of a horizontal line on the ground which I think is interesting.
